Terms & Conditions

To assure your prop rental reservation, a 20% deposit is required. This serves as a confirmation of your booking.  Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to future bookings within 6 months.

 Final payments are due the Monday prior to the event. If a deposit has not been received, Le Prop Shop reserves the right to cancel the existing quotation.  Any alterations to the reservation must be communicated and confirmed before the final payment is received.

Throughout the rental period, clients are responsible for any damages or losses of products. Delivery is available to reservations that meet our minimum requirement of $500. However, orders under $500 are available for pick-up by the client . Items must be returned in the same condition as received. In the case of late returns, additional charges may apply. In the unfortunate event of damaged items, clients may be required to cover costs up to the full value of the damaged items.
